The Challenge

Organization of the second edition of the Rencontres Internationales de la Coopération, in partnership with LB Groupe. Expertise France brings together the international technical cooperation community around a major online event: a live broadcast, a hybrid event, to discuss the renewal of international cooperation to build a sustainable world by sharing know-how.

For this second edition, the ambition was to make the event accessible to an audience present on site as well as a remote audience, with a TV set spirit. The challenge was also to challenge the content and the rhythm of the event to energize the 2.5 hours of live exchanges.

Overall conception of the hybrid event from the genesis of the project

AUDIOVISUAL :

Audiovisual technical direction

Audiovisual production of 2 sets:

the first one with about 15 people in the audience for a 'Round Table Talk' configuration,

the second one in 'exclusive interview' configuration with the group's managers.

Topage of the live broadcast

9 cameras in total + a crane.

Remote interpreting in FR and UK

Presence of about thirty people in public, visible on the air

Duplex management from Africa, Asia, America and Europe

A team of about twenty audiovisual technicians for two days

Multi-channel distribution on the dedicated website of the hybrid event and on Expertise France's social networks: Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube.
