Audiovisual / Event Production Manager


Pointe Noire is a consulting agency specialized in digital strategy, events, video production and innovative devices.

Our activity is at the convergence of events, digital and communication. To support the growth of the agency, we are looking for an audiovisual / event production manager to strengthen our teams.

Typology of clients: institutional, large accounts in the luxury industry, banking/insurance, public organizations, ...

Typology of projects: institutional videos, physical and hybrid events (examples here )


Coordination of video projects and/or events:

  • Definition of the retroplanning, participation in the localisations
  • Setting up production documents (service sheet, schedules, contact list, roadbook, etc.),
  • Shooting coordination: participation in client and service provider briefings, D-day follow-up, post-production follow-up
  • Logistical organization of the teams: transport, accommodation, catering...
  • Sourcing of service providers and customer quotations according to needs
  • Ensure the daily administrative tasks of the project: establishment of purchase orders, expense reports, ...
  • Supervision and follow-up of the teams on the day: assembly, rehearsals, operation and dismantling

Profile sought:

Mastery of Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Bilingual English.

Organizational skills with great adaptability and responsiveness.

Good control of priorities, unexpected events and stress.

An appetence for digital is a plus.

5 years of experience as a production manager / project manager / production assistant in an agency or at the client's.

Workplace: 156 rue Oberkampf - Paris 11th / telecommuting accepted

Contract : CDI executive contract. Freelance accepted.
